VIP Cars Hub Refund Policy

At VIP Cars Hub, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds may be granted for services purchased through our platform, including listing packages, featured advertisements, and promotional services.

Payments

All payments made on VIP CARS HUB or NEOLINK247 are processed via Direct Bank Transfer (EFT) unless otherwise stated. Payments must be completed and verified before services are activated.

Listing Package Refunds

Once a listing package has been purchased and the listing has been published or activated on our platform, the payment becomes non-refundable.

Refund requests may only be considered under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate payment made by mistake

• Incorrect amount paid due to billing error

• Service purchased but not activated due to a system issue caused by VIP Cars Hub

• Unauthorized transaction verified by our team

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment source where possible.

Featured Listings & Promotional Services

Payments for featured listings, homepage promotions, boosted ads, and other advertising services are non-refundable once the service has started or been delivered.

Cancellation

Users may cancel a listing at any time through their dashboard. However, cancellation of an active listing does not automatically qualify for a refund.

Failed or Pending Payments

If a payment fails, remains pending, or is not received in our bank account, the order or service will not be processed until payment is successfully confirmed.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds may take between 7–14 business days to be processed, depending on banking procedures and verification requirements.

Abuse & Fraud Prevention

VIP Cars Hub reserves the right to refuse refund requests if fraudulent activity, policy abuse, false claims, or misuse of the platform is suspected.

Policy Updates

VIP Cars Hub reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective once published on our website.
